Injury Prevention Lead - RN

With a strong foundation in critical care and emergency nursing, I bring extensive frontline experience to my current role as the Injury Prevention Lead with our Trauma Program at the Thunder Regional Health Science Centre. Throughout my clinical career, I developed a deep understanding of acute trauma care, which now informs my passion for proactive outreach and health promotion. I focus on community education and prevention initiatives, with a special interest in reducing the impact of head injuries through evidence-based strategies and public engagement. My goal is to bridge the gap between emergency care and prevention by empowering individuals with the knowledge and tools to stay safe and healthy.
