Let’s put some light into concussion recovery
Founded in 2022, Cortech Sports develops a non-invasive device using transcranial photobiomodulation (tPBM) to stimulate neuronal mitochondria and promote cognitive and brain recovery post-concussion. Photobiomodulation (PBM) is a therapeutic technique that uses light of different wavelengths to stimulate biological processes at the cellular level. Studies have shown that PBM can reduce inflammation, improve blood circulation, and promote tissue regeneration, making it a promising solution for brain tissue recovery.
Cortech Sports has developed a functional prototype and established key partnerships with research institutes and professional sports teams, enhancing the credibility and effectiveness of their technology.
