Assistant professor

Cindy Beaudoin is a pediatric neuropsychologist and holds a doctoral degree in psychology —with a concentration in clinical neuropsychology—from the University of Montreal. She worked for 20 years as a research professional, mostly in neurotraumatology, before becoming an assistant professor at the University of Quebec in Montreal (UQAM) in 2026. Her work focuses on knowledge mobilization and the development, evaluation, and validation of clinical and educational tools, particularly regarding concussions in early childhood. In parallel, she is interested in neurodevelopmental assessments and the development of neuropsychological practice in early childhood, including both typically developing children and those with various adverse conditions.
